OT Mentorship Program
Do you have a passion for healing and are looking to break into this rewarding field?
We have designed an exclusive OT Mentorship Program uniquely designed to meet your specific needs and shape your career as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. Healing Synergy offers clinical support, case load review, practical treatment ideas and paperwork support as part of our program. After your initial interview with our Practice Administrator, you will work directly with our Founder, Dr. Kavitha Krishnan, to gain invaluable skills and experience. Your initial commitment to this program is 3 months, with an option to extend your time with us post completion of basic training.
Your customized training will be conducted weekly via video conference and in the field alongside Dr. Krishnan. Learn more about Dr. Krishnan here.

Program Expectations
Our Healing Synergy Mentorship Program includes direct mentorship by our Dr. Krishnan, unlimited email access for Q/A, and sharing of resources applicable to you and the pediatric population. You will have a mentor, a colleague and a friend to support you in your professional growth. After completion of the program you will be able to uncover the cause of pediatric challenges and you will no longer waste time treating the symptoms or the behaviors. Your financial commitment to this three month program is $1575.00, or three monthly payments of $525.00.
